We are a residential practice in Portland, Oregon, focused on remodels, additions, ADUs, and new homes. We design spaces that fit how you live, detail them to last, and work to advance each project toward sustainability. Asmund Tweto founded the practice in 2017 and works directly with each client from first conversation through construction.

Process: How We Work
A successful project depends on a great process: careful listening, clear communication, and respect for the project team.
Listen
Each project starts with careful listening in order to fully understand your goals, project site or existing home, and budget. We also survey the regulations that affect your project so we know what is possible early.
Design
From programming through construction documents, we have formed a streamlined design process that is flexible, invites feedback, defines decisions, and clearly shows you what your space will look and feel like.
Permit
We will work with your jurisdiction to secure necessary land use approvals, building permits, and other jurisdictional reviews. The thorough documentation we provide streamlines the permitting process.
Guide
We offer construction guidance and supervision; we can guide bidding and contractor selection and provide supervision during construction to ensure the project is proceeding as designed.
